Our delightful cottage boasts a prime location in the heart of the market town of Halesworth, Suffolk

We have jokingly named in Pimmrose Cottage,
as a joke towards our own surname of Pimm,
and the spectacular clumps of primroses that flower in our garden between March and June - a real joy to see.

The cottage is a grade 2 listed building, dating back to 1582. 
It is believed to have once been part of
the Medieval Banqueting hall, adjoined with the property next door.   
We are very lucky to still be able to see many parts of its originality.

We are in the heart of Halesworth - just steps from the Thoroughfare and its array of interesting and original shops, and just 15 minutes from the Suffolk coastline at Southwold and Walberswick, and further afield at Aldeburgh and Lowestoft. 

Halesworth has something for everyone.  The open countryside and endless dog walks are just a few moments away to your left from the house and pub lunches, a well stocked library, art galleries, musical concerts or a little retail therapy are all just on your doorstep too!    We have a beautiful enclosed garden where you can also enjoy some peace and quiet and be sung to by an array of garden birds, all pleased to share their space and show off to you!
